- Saturdays 9am (70 mins) – Yoga Sadhana – level I/II yoga practice, with modifications for any level: all are welcome.
- Saturdays 10:30am (60 mins) – Live In Alignment – all level yoga practice
- Canaan Valley Spa, Davis WV (full schedule here)
- Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, 8:30am (60 mins)- Weekday Warriors – level I/II yoga practice, with modifications for any level: all are welcome.
- Virtual, through Bright Bear Yoga
- Thursday 8pm: VIRTUAL Breathe, Relax, Meditate – all level raja yoga practice, with focus on restorative asana, pranayama and seated meditation.
